Cycling

I always have fun when I take short or long ride with my podcast and sometimes I go for a cycle in the evening and enjoy the darkness. I also love commute to work through cycle. It teaches you to balance your life and keep moving constantly.

7 Minutes Workout

It’s my favourite workout plan in No Time. 12 Intense Exercises of each 30 seconds Active Time and Transition 10 Seconds. I do minimum 1 set and max 3 Sets. My job is physically demanding Job, I work for long hours at the desk. This 7 minutes intense workout helps me active all day.
