More about my running challenges, I love running over a couple of years. But I am not being too consistent because of commitments. So I am constantly focusing on my training plan and covering City Marathon.
This idea to challenge my self and bring out my best in visualisation and I love running in the rain and most of the mileage covered in late November.

I always have fun when I take a short or long ride with my podcast and sometimes I go for a cycle in the evening and enjoy the darkness. I also love commute to work through cycle. It teaches you to balance your life and keep moving constantly.
7 Minutes Workout
It’s my favourite workout plan in No Time. 12 Intense Exercises of each 30 seconds Active Time and Transition 10 Seconds. I do minimum 1 set and max 3 Sets. My job is physically demanding, I work for long hours at the desk. This 7 minutes intense workout helps me active all day.

- Wall Sits
- Air Squats
- Chair Dips
- Running In Place (High Knees)
- Push Up & Rotation
- Side Plank
