Day -1 Started my marathon training , I want to be focused to train myself to hit my personal best of running marathon under 4:29. I am confident on my self to march towards my goal time.I have set my training plan to Run 3 days per week included Long Run and 2 days Cross Training like Strengthening exercise.
Today I hit road at 5:00 AM morning.It was little dark and fog. Started my running 5 KM. First 2 KM ran in race pace and rest of the KM in easy 3 pace.
